Join us for free yoga at Antelope Park Bandshell every Sunday in September at 10 am. The beauty of outdoor yoga is that it is accessible to almost anyone; you don’t even need a mat if you don’t have one, a towel works just fine. It’s a chance to explore yoga with soft grass below and a blue sky above. Bring your kids and pets if you like, and absolutely bring all of your friends.
