Cheap Death through Blue Raven Music Studios in Lincoln Nebraska is the product of four years of dedication to live music. What started as a group formed at a summer camp in 2021 has evolved into a band that has performed at iconic local Lincoln venues like the Legendary Zoo Bar and the 1867, among others. They took second place in the 2024 Grey's Keg Battle of the Bands, performed at the Lincoln Arts Festival, the Streets Alive Festival, and the 2023 Cornhuckit BMX Jam at NoWear BMX. Nearly all members are mutli-intrumentalists and 2024 marked the debut of their first original songs. This six-piece group performs a variety of genres including, but not limited to, rock, metal, and blues. With Cheap Death, there's a little bit of everything for everyone.
